The Maintenance and Support agreement gives the customer access to the latest version of the software.
It also includes e-mail support and telephone support during office hours (CET). The price is 18%. Contact April System Design for customized agreements.

Supported Platforms
The product is supported by April System Design on the target
platforms providing that:
1. The Windows version is supported by Microsoft.
2. AniTa was purchased within 3 months
or the customer has a Maintenance & Support agreement
with April System Design.
An upgrade to the current version from the previous version costs 25% of the current list price (75% discount). For example an AniTa 7 user can upgrade to AniTa 8 at a cost of 25%.
Upgrading from version 6 costs 50% (50% discount). For example an AniTa 6 user can upgrade to AniTa 8 at a cost of 50%.
Upgrading from a version earlier than version 6 costs 75% (25% discount). For example an AniTa 5 user can upgrade to AniTa 8 at a cost of 75%.
Upgrades within the same major version number are free of charge when downloaded from the Internet. For example an Fusion95 6.0x user can download the latest Fusion95 version 6 upgrade free of charge from our web server.
To upgrade from the current version of AniTa to Enterprise Edition costs 50% (50%
discount) of the current list price of AniTa Enterprise Edition.
Upgrades from earlier versions to Enterprise Edition costs 75%(25% discount).
The above prices for Dynapass, Fusion95 and Server95 show the platform/server pack required for each server. When adding more users to an existing site, an additional platform/server pack is not required.
